I first blogged about Dota as I was enjoying my time playing it growing up. It's been more than 10 years now, and I have been busy catching up with life. Now I finally have some more time to catch up with old friends, and resumed playing some Dota2 together! Still enjoying the game a lot, I think maybe I can blog from time to time about Dota2 news.
I just checked and Dota2 is still one of the top 5 most popular eSports games out there. The annual Dota2 Championship called The International can have competitors fighting for a prize up to an outrageous $15,184,334 in USD.
